Tripurari Singh is a visionary hospitality leader and consultant with over 19 years of experience shaping luxury hotels, resorts, and event platforms across India, Nepal, and Singapore.
His journey, rooted in a childhood of travel and cultural immersion, has given him a rare ability to understand diverse dialects, culinary traditions, and socio-cultural nuances—insights that now inform his consultancy approach to guest experience, brand positioning, and operational excellence.

Educated in multiple Indian cities and holding professional degrees from India and Singapore, Tripurari combines academic rigour with practical mastery.
His career spans leadership roles with JW Marriott, Radisson Collection, IHG, Starwood, and Leela Kempinski, where he directed operations, pioneered food & beverage innovations, and curated over 1,000 high-impact events—from MICE conventions and ultra-luxury weddings to glamorous industry showcases and state-level functions.

He has been instrumental in pre-opening and post-opening strategies for landmark properties such as Leela Kempinski Gurgaon, Westin Gurgaon, and Radisson Collection Srinagar, offering consultancy-level insights into operational detailing, financial discipline, and guest-centric innovation.
His belief that financial sustainability and guest delight are inseparable has guided owners and stakeholders through challenges, including the pandemic years, where he helped properties survive, revive, and thrive with strategic prioritisation and resilient leadership.
